Terms
- All sales are “as is”. No warranty implied or expressed.
- Tractors will pass DOT.
- ABF reserves the right to retain any and or all units listed for its own operational use.
- Buyer agrees to pay ABF in full by certified check or other guaranteed funds.
Delivery Preparation
- Tractors will be de-id by painting over the decals.
- Tractors will have 1/4 tank (6″-8″) of fuel at a time of pickup.
- Tractors will not have fire extinguisher or reflector kits unless otherwise agreed.
- Tractors will not have a passenger seat.
